After flue gas into the dust collector inlet ducts, through guide plate into the filter chamberthe flue gas flows from bottom up, through a bag filter, dust were stranded outside the bag, aftelpurification, the air is by net collection chamber, flue discharge from exports.
With the increase of dust thickness accumulated on the surface of the filter bag, the resistance ofthe dust collector rises gradually, and the resistance rises to a set value. The pulse injection valveopens automatically. The compressed air is ejected from the blowpipe through the nozzle, and thepurified flue gas is inducted into the inside of the filter baq, which causes the rapid expansion of thefilter bag. The dust attached to the filter bag is stripped off the cloth bag surface.

D、Each dust collector is divided into several independent filter chambers. When the on-linemaintenance is needed, the inlet and outlet doors of any filter chamber can be closed. Theboiler can be convenientlv maintained under the condition of 100% load.
E、The bypass flue of the dust collector is located inside the equipment and does notoccupy another site. The structure is compact and the daily operation and management areconvenient.By-pass valve zero leakagebypass flue gas without ash.
