Technical Description

A. The integral airflow distribution is enhanced from the electric field inlet

The airflow distribution device, which adopts the choke and diversion type, consists of the porous plate and thediversion blade. The hole diameter of the porous plate is large, the opening rate is high, the hole is not easy to plug, the fluidresistance is small, and the flue gas can enter the electric field even more evenly under the guidance of the diversion bladeThe edgefold greatly enhance the rigidity of the perforated plates, even if they are worn after long running, they will not deform.

B. Selectthereasonable electrode configuration and double corona line technology

The dust concentration and nature of each electric field are different, and the discharging electrode wire chosen fordifferent electric fields should also be distinguished. ln the front stage, the dust concentration is high and the particle size iscoarse, which requires a large current to charge the dust quickly. So the barbed wire is selected and paired with the 480Ccollecting electrode plate 1:1 to enhance the discharge performance and overcome the corona closure. The last stage electricield concentration is low. the particle size is fine. and the high secific resistance dust is not easv to collect. it reouires thehigher electric field voltage and the more uniform curent density of the plate to overcome the back corona phenomenonTherefore, the high nickel stainless steel helix with better discharge performance and better cleaning effect is used to matchthe 480c collectina electrode plate 2:1, The electric field can be fully utilized to improve the utilization rate of the colectingelectrode plate and ensure the dust removal efficiencv more effectively.

C. Secondary dustreduction

Both the discharging electrode and the collecting electrode use side mechanical rapping, and adjacent vibratinghammers are staggered by a certain angle. When the rapping is performed, the polar rows and front and rear electric fields arealternatelv rapping. There are manv points for the vibration of the discharoina electrode wire. the transmission distance isshort, and a small vibration force can obtain a good cleaning effect. Use the outlet trough inner trough plate to absorb the laststage electric field dust and achieve secondary dust collection

D. High Reliability

The new Bs barbed wire and protective devices ensure that the discharging electrode wire keeps on line and doesnot fall off. The alloy steel bushing is installed on each friction surface of the rapping system to improve the service life andreliability. The holistic hoop prevents the hammer from falling. The double cavity structure of the bottom ash hopper iscombined with air gun to prevent ash blocking. The insulators can be heated and dustproof by sinale compartment to minimizethe electric breakdown site.

E. Convenient maintenance,low maintenance cost
The collecting electrode plate is free suspension, the discharging electrode wire is bolted, and the replacement is veryconvenient. Some domestic manufacturers use top electromagnetic vibration, the discharging electrode wire and the framtare welded structures, and the discharging electrode wire replacement is very dificult. During the maintenance of the rollerbearing, only the need to replace the supporting wheel is needed to avoid the overall replacement of the bearing block. Whenthe hammer is worn, the hammer must be replaced to avoid the overall replacement of the hoop
