Performance differences between cartridge dust collectors and bag dust collectors

1. Different filter materials: The filter materials for bag filters often include polyester, aramid, polypropylene, etc; The commonly used materials for filter cartridge dust collectors include polyester fibers, nanofibers, etc.
2. Different efficiency: The filter material used in the bag filter is a type of cloth bag, which is made of soft filter material sewn together. The filtration efficiency is mainly determined by the filter bag, usually 5-10mm, and smaller pore sizes can reach 1mm; The filter material used in the filter cartridge dust collector is a type of filter element, which is folded and arranged to form a cylindrical shape, usually 1-5mm, with a smaller pore size of 0.1mm.
3. Different volumes: If there is a significant difference in the filtration area between a single size bag and a filter cartridge under the same filtration area, the bag dust removal component will be twice as large in length, width, and height as the filter cartridge dust removal component.
