Which one has the best effect, bag filter or cartridge filter?
Which one has the best dust removal effect, bag filter or cartridge filter? From a purely dust removal efficiency perspective, both can achieve a dust removal efficiency of over 99%, meeting the environmental impact assessment standards. So from what aspects can we see the difference between the two? We can consider from these two aspects:
1. Dust treatment
The bag filter can effectively handle medium to high temperature smoke and dust, and can withstand smoke and dust temperatures up to around 240 ℃; The filter cartridge dust collector can only handle normal temperature and pressure dust, and can withstand smoke and dust temperatures not exceeding 100 ℃.
2. Dust concentration
Bag dust collector can effectively handle 800g/m ³ High concentration smoke and dust, with a treatment efficiency of over 99%; Suggested treatment for filter cartridge dust collector: 50g/m ³ The dust concentration is not that it cannot be treated, but the cost of dust removal filter cartridges is high. Treating high concentration smoke and dust can cause frequent replacement of filter cartridges and high maintenance costs.
